The Grey Barn & Farm is a certified-organic, grass-fed dairy in Chilmark whose cheesemakers age raw-milk rounds, among them the washed-rind Bon Anniversaire. Its farm store also sells the operation's own beef, pork, eggs, and milk from cattle, pigs, sheep, and chickens raised on the land.
