What Titay's is known for
Margarita 'Titay' Frasco began baking ring-shaped cookies in Liloan in 1907, and a visiting governor is said to have christened them rosquillos. Still family-run past its centennial, the bakery makes rosquillos alongside torta, ensaimada and other Cebuano pasalubong.
