What Tsuboya Kashiho (つぼや菓子舗) is known for
Founded in 1883 near Dōgo Onsen, Tsuboya is the originator of the three-colour Botchan dango immortalised in Sōseki's novel, still hand-rolling each skewer in small batches. Buy them at the little Matsuyama shop or through the online store.
