Based in Kanazawa's Nomachi district, Tsuda Mizuhiki works in Kaga mizuhiki, the local style of decorative paper-cord tying used for noshi wrapping and celebratory gifts, and extends the craft into three-dimensional cord sculptures depicting seasonal motifs.
