Uje Oil Bar is a Split tasting shop for Croatian extra virgin olive oils, alongside truffles, vinegars, wine, spices and other Dalmatian delicacies. It's the Old Town branch (Dominisova 3) of Uje's small network of oleotekas along the Croatian coast, billed as the country's first dedicated oil bar.
