What Utopia Art Centre is known for
Utopia Art Centre operates within the Urapuntja Aboriginal Corporation, an Alyawarr and Anmatyerr community-controlled organisation on Arlparra Country, 250 kilometres northeast of Alice Springs, working across 16 remote homelands. The centre, which opened in 2020, supports artists painting on canvas, continuing a region whose artists include Emily Kam Kngwarray.
