Vanill'Art has grown certified organic vanilla across five generations on volcanic terroir in the Hauts de Mont-Blanc, Chamouny area of Mauritius since 2016, hand-pollinating flowers at dawn before sun-curing the pods for months. The estate offers guided plantation tours, a rum workshop and a vanilla-themed lunch, with ambassadors including three Michelin-starred chefs.
