Wells Gallery occupies a space inside The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, the oceanfront resort at 1 Sanctuary Beach Drive, showing original oil paintings, watercolors, and artisan jewelry from artists working across the American South. It operates alongside a sister location in downtown Charleston and rotates group shows, such as the recurring exhibition Palmetto State of Mind, through the year.
