What Agricultural Cooperative Winery & Distillery of Tyrnavos is known for
Founded in 1961 by around 500 local vine-growers cultivating the Moschato Tyrnavou grape, this cooperative distills the tsipouro and ouzo of Tyrnavos alongside PGI wines and Retsina. Special bottlings include tsipouro aged in oak, infused with saffron, or flavored with mastic, all sourced from the growers' own 900 hectares of vineyards.
