In her Minimes workshop in Toulouse, Annette Hardouin dyes scarves, jewelry, and textiles in the historic blue of Isatis tinctoria, the pastel plant that once made Toulouse rich. AHPY also opens its doors for hands-on pastel dyeing workshops, sending visitors home with a hand-dyed scarf square.
