What Belle et Chocolat is known for
Run by designer-turned-chocolatier Louise, Belle & Chocolat is a Namur workshop-boutique making organic, fair-trade chocolates in moulds she cuts herself at the local Fablab. Pralines, rochers, tablets and subscriptions sell in the Rue des Carmes shop and an e-boutique, and it was named a Gault & Millau 2024 discovery.
