Master pastry chef Sabine Bonn opened this small chocolate manufaktur in Cologne-Mulheim in 2016, making nougat and marzipan pralines, truffles, dragees and custom cakes by hand. Production runs in small batches from premium Belgian, French and regional German couverture, with chocolate and baking courses on offer.
