What Brasserie Caracole is known for
One of the last Belgian breweries still firing its copper kettles directly over a wood flame, Caracole brews the amber Saxo, wheat Troublette and dark Nostradamus in a nineteenth-century brewhouse at Falmignoul, south of Dinant. The brewery runs guided visits and sells its beers by the case.
