Descended from a family that emigrated from Hamburg to Pucón in 1927, Cervecería Fryderup brews Amber Ale, Bock, and Pilsener with volcanic water from the Huife-Caburga valley, sold through its online shop and points of sale in Pucón and Temuco. The brewery also runs a taproom for tastings by the volcano.
