What Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr is known for
Founded in 1954, this growers' cooperative bottles Riesling and Gewurztraminer from six Grand Cru sites, including Rosacker, Altenberg de Bergheim, Schoenenbourg, Sporen, Osterberg and Froehn, alongside Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles wines. Its Calixte range of Crémant d'Alsace and varietal Reserve bottlings are sold from its cellar on the Route de Ribeauvillé, which has anchored the village's viticulture for seven decades.
