What Cayuga Lake Creamery is known for
Founded in 2004 on the Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway, this creamery rotates through more than 200 house-made ice cream flavors, with about 30 available at any time, led by a signature Seneca Salt Caramel. A second scoop shop opened inside downtown Ithaca's historic DeWitt Mall in November 2020.
