Centro de Bordados Cuenca, established in 1989 at Frank Tosi Iniguez in Cuenca, Ecuador, is a cooperative of 60 women artisans from rural communities in southern Ecuador who hand-embroider cards, straw hats, t-shirts and custom artworks using natural fibers. Its products have been sold internationally since 1989.
