What Centro Textil Acllas is known for
Centro Textil Acllas is run by entrepreneurial women from different Chinchero communities working together to preserve native, all-natural handmade textiles. They weave table runners, shawls, baby carriers, blankets and sweaters from alpaca and sheep wool, dyed with natural colors from plants, flowers, mosses and insects.
