What Charcuterie Wiest is known for
Rillettes du Mans have come out of this city-centre shop since 1943, with the hams, pâtés, terrines and boudin all made by hand on the premises. The rillettes and both boudins, blanc and noir, have taken gold medals and national titles at the French charcuterie competitions, including a 2025 rillettes gold recorded by the shop.
