What Chocolatl is known for
Chocolatl makes bonbons in Oaxacan flavors such as mezcal, passion fruit and coffee ganache, and chocolate bars from cacao, sugar and cacao butter, at its shop on 5 de Mayo 408 in central Oaxaca. It runs tours covering cacao history and traditional bar-making, working directly with Oaxacan farming families following Mayan and Zapotec traditions.
