Founded in 1902 by Blaise Dozorme near Thiers, the manufactory earned France's "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" living-heritage designation in 2009. Still family-run under Claudine Dozorme, it makes Le Thiers knives, table sets, champagne sabres, and Damascus blades entirely in France.
