What Coopérative Aoumerkt Féminine Aguerd Oudad is known for
Coopérative Aoumerkt was founded in 2007 by women in the village of Aguerd Oudad, near Tafraout, to press and sell argan oil for both cooking and cosmetics, along with honey and amlou. The cooperative also produces sachets of local aromatic herbs like rosemary, thyme and oregano, and takes product orders through its website.
