Coopérative des Sauniers de l'Île de Ré

This salt cooperative pools the harvest of Île de Ré's marais salants, just across the bridge from La Rochelle, hand-raking fleur de sel from the surface of the salt pans each summer. Its salts and salt-based products are sold under the cooperative's own name through its own boutique and site rather than a private label.
