What Domaine Barmes-Buecher is known for
Certified biodynamic since 2001, this 18-hectare Wettolsheim estate works terroirs including the Hengst Grand Cru, where the family has reintroduced horse traction in the vineyards. Since 2022 the domaine has operated from Jules and Josephine Barmes' renovated barn, with Maxime now leading the plot-by-plot winemaking.
