The beans on offer draw on Elbgold's direct-trade sourcing model -- described by the company as built on 'fair prices, advance payments and long-term partnerships' -- with current origins including Rwanda and Ethiopia, sold as both house blends (NEUNBAR, MISCHGOLD, SECHS A) and single-origin releases (BOMBE, DENBI UDDO). Limited-edition lots processed with anaerobic fermentation also move through the shop when available, giving regulars something beyond the standing lineup to try.
