Engenho Triunfo has distilled cachaça in copper pot stills at Areia, in Paraíba's Brejo highlands, since 1994, aging it in umburana, bálsamo, jaqueira and European oak barrels for distinct house styles. Its bottles have picked up national awards and represent the state's cachaça tradition on tables and in bars across João Pessoa.
