Giulians has designed fine jewelry from Australian opals, South Sea pearls and diamonds since 1966, now working from an atelier and shop inside the Four Seasons Hotel on George Street in Sydney. Founded by Ivan and Vivienne Vortouni, the business is now led by master jeweller Gary Coffey and sells both ready-made and bespoke pieces worldwide.
