Founded by chocolatier Alex Kühn, this bean-to-bar manufactory presses tablets, truffles and nougat spreads from naturally sourced cacao, its illustrated packaging drawn by Kühn himself. The Krämerbrücke shop and neighbouring Eiskrämer add hand-churned ice cream and drinking chocolate to the range.
