This microbrewery uses snowmelt water from the peaks above Hakuba Village to make unfiltered, hand-capped beers including Hakuba IPA, Pale Ale and a dark Hakuba Black. Bottles in 330ml and 350ml formats plus merchandise are sold through the brewery's own online shop.
