What Fujizakura Heights Beer is known for
A craft brewery working at 1,000 metres in Mount Fuji's forested northern foothills, brewing Pils, Weizen, Rauch and Schwarz Weizen to German technique with the mountain's soft spring water. The beers are poured and sold at its Sylvans bar-restaurant down in Fujikawaguchiko and through an online shop.
