What Hard Wax is known for
Hard Wax is one of the world's defining shops for cutting-edge electronic music, stocking techno, house, dub and bass on vinyl from an upstairs room by the Paul-Lincke-Ufer canal in Kreuzberg. Founded by Basic Channel's Mark Ernestus, it has helped shape Berlin's club sound as both record store and mail-order distributor.
