What Heidelberger Bonbon Manufaktur is known for
At this Steingasse workshop, opened in 2013, visitors can watch sugar syrup simmer and be pulled over a hook into striped bonbons and lollipops. The candies are made on site with natural flavours and plant-based colours, in both classic and unusual varieties.
