What Saldita is known for
Saldita opened beside Kaunas Castle in April 1998 as Cafe Šokoladinė and still makes its chocolates by hand with Belgian couverture in an open workshop visitors can walk through. The Old Town shop takes custom and corporate orders alongside its candy-making classes.
