What Horiyo is known for
Founded in 1912, Horiyo is a Himi seafood merchant dealing in overnight-dried and mirin-glazed fish, firefly squid, white shrimp and kelp from Toyama Bay. Its Himi main store doubles as a gift counter, adding local Himi beef and udon to the seafood shelves.
