What Arimuraya is known for
Arimuraya has made satsuma-age, Kagoshima's fried fish cake, since it was founded in 1912, with its current artisan bringing more than fifty years of experience to the recipe. The shop sells its fish cakes through Kagoshima outlets and an online store, and travels to department store food fairs such as Takashimaya and Daimaru around Japan.
