It also runs its own in-house Apple Authorized Service Provider lab, so repairs and technical support are handled internally instead of being outsourced to a third party. Branches are laid out in the style of an Apple Store and stock the full current Apple range — iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods and Apple TV — alongside services including device trade-in, interest-free installment plans of up to 24 payments, home delivery or in-store pickup, and an extended-warranty program the company brands as 'iDigital Care.' The Jerusalem branch trades from the Malcha shopping mall (Canyon Malha), one of several iDigital locations across Israeli cities, including a separate branch at Tel Aviv's Dizengoff Center.
