What Isetan The Japan Store is known for
Japanese department store at Lot 10 in Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang district - Isetan's first Malaysian outlet, trading there since Lot 10 opened in 1990. Six floors, about 11,000 sqm, spanning fashion, beauty and a fourth-floor Japanese restaurant hall.
Isetan opened its first Malaysian store at the Lot 10 shopping complex on Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, when the mall opened around 1990. The Lot 10 store - branded 'Isetan The Japan Store' - occupies roughly 11,000 square metres across six floors and is built around a full Japanese lifestyle concept: fashion labels like Onitsuka Tiger and Yohji Yamamoto, beauty counters including Shiseido, and a fourth-floor dining hall of authentic Japanese restaurants such as Sushi Azabu and Tonkatsu Anzu. Isetan later expanded to Suria KLCC (1998), Mid Valley (2007) and 1 Utama (2012), but Lot 10 remains its original and most Japan-immersive Malaysian location.
