What Jindu Jinhua Ham (Jinhua Ham Industrial Co., Ltd.) is known for
Jindu traces its ham-curing lineage to 1947, when Jin Shihui's Yongchang Leg House began salting and slow-drying hind legs from local Jinhua pigs in Jinhua County. The company still follows the traditional multi-month curing process and has won National Gold Quality Awards in 1980, 1985, and 1990.
