📍 748 rue Saint-Jean, Québec, QC G1R 1P9, Canada

What Jupon Pressé is known for

Jupon Pressé has sold women's fashion on Quebec City's rue Saint-Jean since 2010. Co-owners Josiane and Sylvie mix European labels with 20 local Quebec designers.

Jupon Pressé opened in 2010, when childhood friends Josiane and Sylvie — both originally from the Beauce region — settled in Quebec City to build a shop of their own. Fifteen years later, the boutique still runs on the same premise: no fast fashion, only pieces the co-owners choose because they love them.

The racks mix European labels the pair favor for their quality and sustainability credentials, including InWear, Armedangels, Indi & Cold, Des Petits Hauts, and Yerse, with a deliberate roster of Quebec and Canadian designers such as Eve Gravel, Naïf, Gentle Fawn, and DU/ER. Jewelry, body-care products, and greeting cards from local talents like BKIND and Noémiah round out the shop.

In March 2026, Jupon Pressé moved a few doors down within its longtime neighborhood, the Quartier Saint-Jean-Baptiste, into a larger, brighter space at 748 rue Saint-Jean. The shop now carries more than 1,500 products from 20 Quebec designers, two Canadian brands, and 12 European lines. A standing Tuesday promotion — 25 percent off a themed selection, launched at midnight each week — has become one of its signatures.
