Kamal Pearl runs a gallery, workshop and service center on Jalan Raya Senggigi in Batu Layar, founded by Kamaludin, a Lombok-born trader who entered the South Sea pearl business in 2000. The gallery limits itself to premium-grade cultured pearls, grading and setting stock on site before selling to collectors across Asia, Europe and the United States.
