What you’ll find
What Kangaroo Island Ligurian Bee Co (Island Beehive) is known for
The business works with Ligurian bees that have been protected on Kangaroo Island since 1885, a lineage kept pure by the island's isolation from mainland pests and cross-breeding. It sells single-origin, creamed, and raw organic honey along with beeswax candles and mead, and runs in-person hive tours near Kingscote.
