Kangaroo Island Living Honey

Beekeeper Shawn began with a hobby hive in 1998 and, with his wife Anthea and their five children, has built the operation up to roughly 350 hives producing about 26 tons of raw organic honey a year. The honey is certified through Organic Food Chain and sold at the Haines farm gate alongside beekeeper experience tours.
