Katarachias Halva Workshop (Χαλβαδοποιία Καταραχιάς)

This Farsala workshop hand-turns soap halva and butter halva in bronze cauldrons, a technique the family says only Farsalon artisans achieve, alongside syrup desserts and kourabiedes. The current owner inherited the recipes and the trade from his father, running the business from the same corner shop it grew out of over four decades ago.
