What Ken's Restaurant is known for
Ken Voltz opened Ken's Taco Burger on Center Street in February 1970. Son Randy built the present room at 1122 Center in 1990 and still works the floor. Chicken and dumplings and the hot roast-beef sandwich are the plates the Houston Chronicle has named.
