What Ktima Christoudia (Christoudia Winery) is known for
Yiannis and Alexia Christoudia began making wine from their parents' vineyards near Kato Drys in 1992, teaching themselves oenology as they went. The estate now presses over 200 tons of Cypriot grapes a year into reds, whites, rosés, and dessert wines, aging a portion in oak barrels on-site.
