La Ferme des Plombes is a working dairy farm above Xonrupt-Longemer where visitors can tour the cheesemaking operation and view the fromagerie through the shop's viewing windows. The farm sells its own cheeses and tomme in its on-site shop and at the Gérardmer market on Thursday and Saturday mornings.
