La Table Alsacienne

Kaysersberg

What La Table Alsacienne is known for

Patrick Loewert opened La Table Alsacienne in the center of Kaysersberg in 1985, and his son Christophe joined the bakery in 2012 to keep making bredele, coconut macarons and prize-winning jams. Loewert, a double world vice-champion jam maker whose 2022 silver is listed by the Confituriades organizers, later opened a second shop, La Tour Gourmande, in Riquewihr.
