Launceston Distillery makes Tasmanian single malt whisky under head distiller Chris Condon inside Hangar 17, a former aviation hangar in Western Junction now fitted out with stills and a cellar door. The distillery runs guided tours and tastings six days a week and sells its whisky, including cask-strength special releases, through its own online shop.
