The beans themselves are Specialty Grade Arabica, with Certified Organic and Fair Trade options available alongside the conventional lineup, and the company has picked up real competition recognition for the work: eight Americas medals and, more recently, three World Series medals, the kind of juried tasting results that separate a marketing claim from a judged one. The catalogue runs from single origins to custom blends, limited editions, and decaf, plus bulk sizes up to five pounds for high-volume drinkers, all available through a subscription that can be modified or cancelled at will rather than locking customers into a fixed term. For a roaster based in a small Idaho resort town, the medal count is the clearest evidence that the coffee holds up against competition roasted in bigger specialty markets.
