What Mauri Honey Shop is known for
Mauri Honey Shop has kept hives on the wild thyme slopes around Kefalos since 1970, bottling the resulting thyme honey in sizes from 125-gram jars up to 26-kilogram catering tins. The family opened a bricks-and-mortar shop on Kos in 2010 after four decades of beekeeping, and sells squeeze bottles alongside traditional glass jars.
